The cleaning project (Phase I) for Hangzhou Fullsemi 12-inch Analog Integrated Circuit Chip Production Line Project, undertaken by L&K Engineering in October 2021, is located in Lingqiao Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Project is mainly composed of construction, HVAC, plumbing, electric lighting, communication information, automatic control, space management and other disciplines. The scope of works does not only include clean rooms with clean grade in Main Production Building 1 (Workshop Area FAB1/Production Facility Area OB1), but also non-clean rooms (areas) included in this package, such as locker rooms, corridor shoe changing areas, IT machine rooms, cold storage, etc.

During the implementation of Hangzhou Fullsemi Project, the Fullsemi Project Team of L&K Engineering made concerted efforts to overcome the difficulties, insisted on “epidemic prevention and control” and “safe production” at the same time, and did not slacken off, strictly implemented various safety and quality management requirements of the Company, EPC S.Y.C. and the Owner, and ensured that the project nodes were reached ahead of schedule, so that the Owner’s process equipment moved in 10 days in advance. The whole process achieved “zero accident and zero injury” which was highly affirmed and praised by EPC S.Y.C. and the Owner Hangzhou Fullsemi.

In the mid-term evaluation of the Project, L&K Engineering won the “Excellent Safety Contractor” and the three engineers of the Project Department won the “Excellent Safety Individual” and “Excellent Epidemic Prevention Commissioner” , respectively; at the factory safety summary and commendation meeting in June 2022, L&K Engineering won the “Outstanding Safety Contribution Contractor” (the highest honor award for project safety), and two engineers of the Project Department won the “Excellent Safety Manager” and “Excellent Epidemic Prevention Commissioner” , respectively.
